This is one of my favorite raw, vegan recipes that my whole familly loves! It's become a weekly dinner at my house and I wanted to share! Taco "Meat" 3 C. Walnuts (Soaked & Dehydrated) 1-2 Cloves Garlic 2 T. Chili Powder 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne 1 Tsp. Braggs Aminos
Steps 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor 2. Process by pulsing until desired texture is achieved 3. Season to taste
For the "taco shells", you can use a romaine lettuce leaf or collard green. Top with chopped onion, hot sauce, shredded carrot, or your favorite taco toppings!
