Home session coaching can be a valuable way to kick-start a new lifestyle and ease it's transition into one's busy schedule. We can help with things like; setting up kitchens for juicing, dehydrating, preparing & incorporating raw foods, and growing/sprouting wheatgrass, sprouts, and legumes. We can also help with basic things like organize and replace items in the refrigerator and pantry with better brands and healthier choices. We also teach "cooking" classes on preparing raw desserts and whole foods that are delicious and nutritious!
