Peel the bananas and place in a zip-lock bag in freezer.
Freeze bananas for 24 hours.
For ice cream:
Get out your juicer* and make sure you replace the screen attachment (holes in it), with the solid attachment (no holes). The screen attachment is what you use to juice and the solid is what you would use for pates or ice cream.
Place a bowel at the end of juicer where the pulp normally comes out. Because of the solid screen there will be no liquid coming out of the juicer where the juice comes out normally.
Place frozen bananas in a juicer* and run through, just like you are juicing.
The bananas will come out just like ice cream and you'll be amazed how creamy it will be!
