Hello fellow art lovers!
I had to share this. My very good friend Jackie Corcoran is not only an amazing artist but throws Art Parties all over the Gallatin Valley! Her Art Parties are such a great way to express that creative part of yourself and do it with friends and wine! It's such a great way to connect to your friends and make new friends in the process! You don't have to be a artist or good at art at all but I think you will surprise yourself! The next Art Party and Sola Café have joined forces and are excited about the next Art Party this Fall. 10% of proceeds will go to HRDC (Human Resource Development Council.) Here are the quick details: Thursday Oct 15th 6-8pm Sola Café BYOB $45/painter For more information and to reserve your easel go to: http://www.iloveartparties.com/#!bozeman/cbvr I think you will love this experience. It's something different that is really creatively beneficial and fun! Hope to see you there! The change of seasons is a great time to consider cleansing! It's all about preventative health. I do a cleanse every summer to fall and spring to summer! There are many different ways to cleanse internally! You could try an herbal cleanse, juice fast, or even a "healthy eating cleanse", but make sure if you have any health concern you talk to you health care professional before starting any type of cleansing regime.
examples of high sugar veggies are as carrots, beets, corn, and peas. Wheat grass can be beneficial with any cleanse!
3. Healthy diet cleanse - Avoiding sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods can be a cleanse in itself! Give your body a break and clean it up for a couple weeks. For a bonus add some fresh veggie juices and wheat grass shots! Happy Cleansing! Thank you Jackie Corcoran for a beautiful article! We are so blessed to be in business in such an amazing place with amazing people. :)

Here are some small things you can do today that can benefit the Earth. 1. Getting recycle garbage cans for the kitchen can help you start incorporating it as a daily habit. Here is one on Amazon that is stainless steel and will look nice as well.
3. You could also dedicate today or a day this weekend to fixing up your yard! Plant a tree or some plants!
So however big or small your contribution is today let's all do one thing that is good for us as well as the planet today! Let's be grateful and give back, the world will thank you. Here is a recipe for banana ice cream that is so easy and delicious it's ridiculous! All you need is a juicer! Banana Ice Cream vegan, dairy free, gluten free, nut free Servings 3 Ingredients:
First what is germinating? Germinating is when a seed or nut begin to grow and put out shoots after a period of dormancy. Soaking seeds or nuts in filtered water starts this process. The seed, grain, or nut then activates it's own enzymes to start the growing process. Soaking a seed or germinating, ends it's dormancy and begins a new life. There are many theories that eating more "live" food will make us essentially more "alive" and eating dead food makes us more "dead". The activated "live" enzymes of the nut or grain also makes it easier for our bodies to process, absorb, and eliminate it!
Its so easy to make your own sprouted nut or seed snacks! All you have to do is:
You can eat any soaked seed, nut, or grain and know that you are giving your body an amazing nutritional gift. |
