Fall is here!

The change of seasons is a great time to consider cleansing! It's all about preventative health. I do a cleanse every summer to fall and spring to summer! There are many different ways to cleanse internally! You could try an herbal cleanse, juice fast, or even a "healthy eating cleanse", but make sure if you have any health concern you talk to you health care professional before starting any type of cleansing regime. 

1. Herbal cleansing kit - Usually you can eat regularly on these cleanses but remember the better diet you keep the more effective the cleanse will be. 

2. Juice fast - Usually better when working with a nutritionist. Be sure you are getting enough nutrition to your cells and slowly going in and out of this cleanse. Also too much sugar in this type of cleanse can be bad for your insulin levels. Some  

examples of high sugar veggies are as carrots, beets, corn, and peas. Wheat grass can be beneficial with any cleanse!

3. Healthy diet cleanse - Avoiding sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods can be a cleanse in itself! Give your body a break and clean it up for a couple weeks. For a bonus add some fresh veggie juices and wheat grass shots!
