The change of seasons is a great time to consider cleansing! It's all about preventative health. I do a cleanse every summer to fall and spring to summer! 3. Healthy diet cleanse - Avoiding sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods can be a cleanse in itself! Give your body a break and clean it up for a couple weeks. For a bonus add some fresh veggie juices and wheat grass shots!
